Can I return or exchange my online in-store?
You can exchange your unworn merchandise in store with your receipt in hand. You can return your unworn merchandise within 30 days of purchase in the same way it was purchased. For example, if you purchase online and it was shipped to you, you will need to send the merchandise back via shipping, following our processes on the invoice provided.
Can I return my order by mail?
Yes, Work Boot Warehouse accepts returns if you are not satisfied with the fit or wear of the item(s). We will accept an even exchange within 30 days of the purchase date for another size or shoe of equal value. How fast will I receive my refund?
Providing the item being returned is in NEW condition. Work Boot Warehouse will process your refund to the original form of payment that was used. If you paid with a credit card or PayPal, you will be refunded in 7-10 business days. For all items purchased thru an employer’s safety shoe program, we will issue the refund to the original form of payment. You will receive an email notifying you that your credit was processed. Shipping costs will only be refunded if your return qualifies as a manufacturer’s defect or a Work Boot Warehouse shipping error.
